Joejoe is a seasoned humanitarian and development worker with experience in Liberia, Guinea and the Ivory Coast, including during the Liberian Civil War and with Sierra Leonean refugees. Joejoe is SIA's Liberia Country Coordinator for its Agent Network Strengthening Project.
He served as a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), Community Dialogue (CD), and Do No Harm (DNH) facilitator for community development processes, including the Development Education and Leadership Team in Action (DELTA). He was a consultant to DEN-L and the American Jewish World Service, delivering hands on capacity building training and mentoring to their local partners. Finally, Joejoe managed Food For Peace (FFP)-funded mobile money cash transfer program implemented by Save the Children International.
Joejoe cofounded the Development Education Network-Liberia (DEN-L), the largest national civil society organization doing community development training for both INGOs and LNGOs staff from Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea.
Joejoe holds a Master of Arts and Bachelor degrees in International Development from the Holy Ghost College in Dublin, Ireland.
