The team leads assessments of telecommunications infrastructure and regulations to advise on approaches and strategies to build out affordable and accessible broadband connectivity. Incorporating new innovations in information communication technology (ICT), SIA also develops mobile solutions such as applications with geographic information system (GIS) mapping tools.
