As a Senior Advisor at SIA, Rob brings 15+ years of diverse experience in the international development sector, with a focus on financial inclusion, gender & racial equity, agri-finance, and humanitarian response.  

Previously as the Head of Programs at Visa Foundation, Rob deployed more than $200m in grants and impact investments globally, guided the development of its mission-aligned investing strategy, and led the design of its impact measurement framework. Rob has built effective partnerships across the development spectrum, including with private foundations, NGOs, corporations, development banks, impact funds, and multi-lateral organizations.  Prior to Visa, Rob served as a Vice President at the global microfinance non-profit, Opportunity International. Rob was named an Aspen Institute First Mover Fellow in 2016.
